Short-term COUNSELLING is suitable for work-related issues, interpersonal problems or as an initial intervention following the break-up of a relationship or a bereavement. I offer longer-term PSYCHOTHERAPY for self development and change, including art work, sand play and guided visualisation to help the process of healing and self-discovery.
HEALING
Everybody has a sense of remembered well-ness, but energy flows in the body can become blocked due to physical or emotional stress or trauma. I work with the body’s energy system to find and gently release any blocked pathways, encouraging the body’s natural healing process to resume normal functioning.
I have been working in private practice as a healer and counsellor since 1997. My professional interests include pursuing the link between psychotherapy and healing, psychosexual and relationship therapy and working with eating disorders.
