Newsletter No.3 - Jan 2006

Important. Dates for your diary for 2006.

Each meeting costs £10 just to help us cover the cost of hire. (It seems any venue costs £200.00 per day!!!) Payable to Perspectives.

The February meeting will be at PAX LODGE. HAMPSTEAD.

We are looking for new venues that are accessible for all but finding cost to be a difficulty. If anyone has any good venues. PLEASE LET US KNOW.

I do hope you will continue being part of Perspectives. We seem to be moving (slowly) forward and that feels quite good to me but it requires that you do not lose faith with Perspectives!

We have lots of plans for the future but we desperately need more people involved in some way. Please offer whatever support in any way you feel able

For instance it seems more and more likely that we shall be able to host some Workshops 1.2.3. When we do I am hoping we will all take the opportunity to refresh our selves with this wonderful material. Mark Price is actively getting a group of people together, who are able to lead these work shops. Please contact me for any other information.

At our last workshop we had the privilege of Sue Michalson gifting her time and offering us a wonderful day using art and visualisation. She is very keen to offer other workshops in London . Her phone no. is E. mail.

February meeting. Yes we do want this day to be a celebration and also a (sort of) AGM.

We plan to have plenty of time for all who come to give their views as to the future of Perspectives. All are very welcome.

Beata's Birthday offering will be a journey through the 4 elements, which excited the interest of Greek philosophers already 2,400 years ago. Later they became the four pillars of astrology and today can be seen as the symbolic expression of Jung's four psychological functions. Just what they mean for each one of us will be explored through guided imagery.

Barbara Wealthy will tell us of the informal groups that are meeting at her house for reading and working on dreams.

Alison Gaffney will bring lots of instruments for us to have a good experience of making music together. “The rhythm and heart beat of the Transpersonal.”

You will note that Dorothy Allen is taking over newsletters and organisational matters; Julia Crabtree is also going to help with Newsletters. Sheila has done a brilliant stint and is now going to take a more entrepreneurial role.

She and Beata are eldering us all very well indeed and I thank them for that.
